Selective Demolition in Hamilton

Selective demolition for renovations where most of the home stays. We remove only what is on the plan, seal off the work zone and keep the rest of your house clean and livable.

Take out what's on the plan. Protect everything else.

Selective demolition is precise work: opening a wall between the kitchen and dining room, removing a fireplace surround, pulling out a dated staircase railing or stripping a single room for a new layout. The goal is to remove one thing cleanly without damaging the finishes, floors and structure around it.

We mark the scope with you on the walk-through, protect the surrounding rooms, and work by hand so we can stop exactly at the line. Families and tenants often stay in the home while we work, so we keep noise to working hours and clean up every day.
