What we look for behind the tile
Once the walls and floor are open, we check for soft or rotted subfloor around the toilet and tub, signs of past leaks, and old plumbing that your plumber may want to replace. We photograph anything unusual and send it to you the same day, so your contractor can plan the rebuild without delays.
