Hand demolition, protected homes, honest sorting

Every job follows the same approach: a walk-through, a written quote, protection before any demolition, careful removal by hand, sorting as we go and a broom-clean handover. Your general contractor or you pull the permit; we work to the plan and keep to the schedule.

We do not bring excavators into homes. Working by hand with small electric tools lets us stop exactly at the line on your plans, protect the finishes that stay, and keep noise and vibration down for neighbours and tenants.

Metal, concrete and brick are pulled out for recycling. Everything else goes into the bin. That keeps bins lighter and the site clear for the next trade.

How a job runs, walk-through to handover

Your GC or you pull the permit. We work to the plan, keep the site clean and stay on your schedule.

  3. Protect

Dust walls, zip doors and floor protection go up before any demolition starts.

  4. Demolition

By hand, room by room, to the scope on your plans and permit.
