Commercial Interior Demolition in Hamilton
Commercial demolition and strip-outs for retail units, offices, clinics and restaurants across Hamilton, Burlington and Niagara. Back to shell for the next tenant, with after-hours work when neighbours stay open.
Back to shell, on the landlord's schedule
Between tenants, a commercial unit usually needs to go back to a clean shell: ceilings, partition walls, flooring, millwork, fixtures and old signage out, with the base building systems left intact. We work to your landlord’s or general contractor’s scope and schedule, including evenings and weekends when neighbouring units are open.
Steel studs, ducting and other metal go to the scrap yard. Concrete and brick are sorted out. Bins are swapped outside business hours so the plaza or building stays clear for customers.

Working in occupied buildings
Most commercial strip-outs happen next to businesses that stay open. We agree on noise windows, entry routes and bin placement with the property manager before we start, keep fire exits clear, and leave common areas clean at the end of every shift.

Yes. Commercial jobs are often scheduled after hours so neighbouring units can stay open. We plan the hours with your property manager.
Yes. Much of our commercial work is for general contractors and landlords. We work to their scope, schedule and site rules.
We remove hoods, counters and fixtures that are not being reused, once licensed trades have safely disconnected gas and electrical.
Our focus is interior strip-outs. We quote interior storefront finishes and signage; structural or exterior work is reviewed case by case.
